Most items will be ship within 1 to 3 business days (Lumberjack ChairMats ship in 2 to 3 weeks). By request, we will email the status of your shipment.

All returns must have prior approval and an RA number. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact chairmats.biz for a "Return Authorization Number," the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving merchandise for a return.

Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the mat there will be a 32.5% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance/delivery. If there is major damage we recommend refusing the shipment.
